Who is Strategic Resilience Group?

Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is a certified Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Enterprise (CVE) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Our mission is clear: to aid our clients in navigating today's intricate and rapidly evolving operational landscapes. Founded by retired Marines with decades of leadership experience, SRG is committed to delivering innovative technical, organizational, and personnel solutions to address our clients' most pressing challenges.

At SRG, our expertise lies in data analytics and analysis, agile methodologies and processes, and training and organizational change management. We specialize in building resilience at the system, organization, and individual levels to ensure our clients' mission success, whether in providing high-quality goods and services or serving our nation.

Our team has spearheaded initiatives spanning from the individual level to national defense policy, with a deep understanding of Department of Defense operations. We have played integral roles in Operations in the Information Environment (OIE), including the development of the Marine Corps Information Environment (MCIE). As partners with major Artificial Intelligence (AI) developers, we remain at the forefront of advancements in this arena.

SRG's track record includes successful pilot programs for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to enhance USMC aviation readiness and studies for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) analyzing retention trends across the USMC. Call Centers

With a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by our Veterans, we deliver compassionate and efficient services that prioritize Veterans’ unique needs.  SRG has been providing mission-critical services to the Department of Veterans Affairs and America’s Veterans since 2016.

Leadership Training

Certified Training Partner of the Resilience Building Leadership Program since late 2023. Our capability includes enterprise curriculum development, training delivery and training process improvement for federal and commercial organizations.  Our team develops, presents and tracks training on a variety of acquisition process improvement topics and improves the measurable efficiency of call center training 

Resilience Building Leadership Program

 Resilience-Building Leader Program, the nationally recognized series of leadership certifications for front-line supervisors, middle managers, and senior leaders, today announced approval for GI Bill® Education Benefits Funding.  Certified Training Partner of the Resilience Building Leadership Program since late 2023.
