Irregular Warfare Analyst (All Source) TS/SCI - Camp Arifjan Kuwait

SRG is seeking former service members with proven experience as an Irregular Warfare Analyst (All Source). Candidate will be responsible for planning irregular warfare operations for the CCMD geographic area of responsibility in the Central Region, including: the sovereign countries of the Arabian Peninsula, the Levant sub-region, as well as Central and South Asia.

Researches special program and space capabilities for feasibility and integration into CCMD Concepts of Operations, Operational Plans, and contingency planning. Provides direct analytical support, planning and subject matter expertise to shape CCMD efforts in collaboration with other U.S. government agencies and partner nations. Integrates irregular warfare into deliberate and crisis action plans and combined/joint operations for the Commander, CCMD.

Focus in the Irregular Warfare Analyst is combatant command level and higher Concepts of Operations, plans, policy and doctrine, and external coordination in the command's area of responsibility. 

Subject matter expert on special programs collaborating with experienced planners, operators, analysts and coalition partners at CCMD within the irregular warfare and information related capabilities community in support of campaign plan objectives. 

 

This position is a deployed, one year assignment to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate and facilitate execution of sensitive activity Concept of Operations plans and orders.

  • Identify all-source intelligence information necessary to enable effects-based sensitive activity decision making and executions.

  • Provide collection tasking requirements and advisement on HUMINT surrogate network operational activities.

  • Identify and facilitate implementation of unique sensitive activity capabilities.

  • Risk Assessments and Threat Mitigation program management.

  • Develop and execute interagency intelligence and security strategies, plan and conduct liaison in support of counterterrorism and counter-organized crime activities with the CIA, DOS, FBI, DHS,TREAS, JTTFs and DOD. 

  • Assess information operations products designed to inform and influence and help integrate information operations analysis into planning. 

  • Employ data mining, data fusion, predictive analysis, geo-profiling and temporal analysis techniques in support of CCMD commander's requirements related to HUMINT and MILDEC operations.

  • Apply analytical techniques and methodologies using an expert understanding of unconventional warfare. 

  • Prepare studies and assessments of threats, potential threats, and threat-related trends and analysis. 

  • Produce targeting and lead development related intelligence products in support of CCMD counterintelligence and HUMINT operations.

  • Research, evaluate, analyze and fuse multiple source reporting, including OSINT, on specific targets into finished intelligence products used by CI and HUMINT operational planners.

  • Produce intelligence products supporting Targeting and Lead Development in support of worldwide Counterintelligence and HUMINT operations.

  • Monitor current intelligence on specified targets and provide intelligence assessments utilized by tactical planners and operators during mission-planning cycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fourteen (14) years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and Certification as a HUMINT professional with nine (9) years (or Master's degree with seven (7) years) of experience in operational environment directly involved in HUMINT.

  • Certified HUMINT collector with a minimum of five (5) years' experience directly involved in HUMINT, Overt/Clandestine, HUMINT Operation SOF Support of Sensitive Activities.

  • Experience with incorporating SAP and STO capabilities in plans and operations; graduate of the STO Planner Course and PDAS User Course.

  • Staff level planning and CONOP development experience at the Combatant Command, TSOC and/or Sub Unified Command Level.

  • Experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.

  • Experience conducting irregular warfare network analysis in support of attack the network operations.

  • Formal training or more than three (3) years of practical experience utilizing the F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and Carver Methodologies.

Intelligence Support to Information Operations TS/SCI - Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

SRG is seeking an experienced Intelligence Support to Information Operations (ISIO) analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide Intelligence Support to Information Operations (ISIO). SMEs with situational awareness that enable rapid decision-making, improve current and long-term IO and IW planning and facilitate the synchronization of IO with CCMD's mission partners. The SME will provide operational intelligence services that include the full range of intelligence functions to address Information Related Capabilities (IRC) requirements. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to deliver various intelligence reports and products enabling the Government in collecting, analyzing, disseminating, de-conflicting and cataloguing actionable information on intelligence and non-kinetic targeting activities. 

 

This position is a deployed, one year assignment to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of intelligence and non-kinetic targeting activities to align collections and provide feedback to influence activities.

  • Facilitate the de-confliction that underpins intelligence gain/loss and political and military assessments.

  • Participate in the development of intelligence for inclusion in command collection plans facilitating planning, execution, and feedback for measures of performance and measures effectiveness.

  • Incorporate information-related capabilities and sensitive activities into operations orders, annexes, and evaluation/assessment plans.

  • Coordinate, consolidate, submit and track intelligence requirements across IRC's.

  • Support planning, coordination, integration and synchronization of non-lethal effects and offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) in support of CCMD operations. Assist in synchronizing OCO and defensive cyberspace operations (DCO) support into the COCOM Joint Fires/Targeting process.

  • Experience in targeting operations, anti-terrorism planning, offensive cyber operations, and other information operations.

  • Conduct fire planning for the integration and cyber delivered Special Technical Operations and Information Operations capabilities into OCO/DCO activities and integrates emerging cyberspace operational efforts into OPLAN development.

  • Utilize knowledge of joint doctrine and joint planning concepts, to include the JOPP/MDMP and IPB/JIPOE. Apply operational art and operational design in the application of JOPP/MDMP.

  • Assess lethal and non-lethal effects from IRC (i.e. Information Operations, MISO, MILDEC, EW) and provide recommendations into the targeting process for refinement of targeting guidance and objectives. 

  • Experience in the Joint and Army deliberate and dynamic targeting process in combat and training with the military decision-making processes (i.e., JOPP, MDMP, JTC, D3A, etc.)

  • Experience in the integration of Special Technical Operations capabilities enabling lethal effects synchronizing all IRCs into the scheme of fires to include Information Operations, Cyberspace capabilities and Electronic warfare enablers.

  • Expert knowledge regarding counterintelligence and human intelligence activities; coordinate and collaborate with DoD and Service counterintelligence organizations, the Joint Staff, and other federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies on a daily basis regarding matters of mutual interest; review and contribute to military deception planning processes.

  • In-depth intelligence analytic skills to identify, assess, design and report on highly complex adversary strengths, weaknesses, order of battle, force structure, military capabilities, key military leadership, military policies, plans, strategies, intentions and their impact on force developments in support of IO division planning efforts and operational execution.

  • Experience conducting intelligence nodal analysis and critical vulnerability assessments of enemy networks to identify and nominate key nodes for kinetic and non-kinetic options, thereby disrupting or eliminating enemy centers of gravity.

Special Activities Planner TS/SCI - Camp Arifjan, Kuwait

SRG is seeking a Senior Activities Planner at the Combatant Command (COCOM) level. Candidate will serve as a Special Activities Branch Senior Special Activities Planner with emphasis as a Focal Point, Title 10, Title 50 and Special Access Program (SAP) subject matter expert (SME) for the planning, execution and employment/deployment of multi-national forces within the CCMD area of responsibility (AOR). This duty will require providing programmatic support to the CCMD Unit, participation in planning, preparation of briefings and oversight and expert facilitation of DoD decision making. Candidate will represent designated planning activities on operational planning teams, working groups and other planning venues. All candidates must possess strong planning, writing and verbal communication skills. Position may require shift, night and/or weekend work.

This position is a deployed, one year assignment to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and conduct detailed planning support of Special Activities (Title 10/Title 50), operational planning, coordination and oversight.

  • Provide strategic and operational level planning support pertaining to DoD-wide strategy, future issues and strategic foresight, policy, doctrine, decisions, trends, concepts and studies.

  • Coordinate in the development and packaging of POTUS and Secretary of Defense level requests for authority and operational concepts specific to Special Operations and non-conventional means to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Provide senior staff advice and recommendations regarding the establishment, management and execution-level analysis for risk management in support of National Defense Strategic priorities including, but not limited to:

    • National Mission Force Operations​

    • Theater Special Operations Forces

    • Sensitive and Clandestine Operations

    • Personnel Recovery Operations

    • Focal Point Operations

  • Analyze strategies, policies, doctrine, plans, capability gaps and emerging trends to support decision-making related to current Special and Sensitive Activity operations.

  • Analyze specific legal authorities required to execute sensitive operations in support of existing orders and make recommended authority and Rules of Engagement Changes within legal operational restrictions.

  • Coordinate and integrate plans with supporting/supported interagency partners. 

  • Review and analyze selected publications to determine congruence with or divergence from existing policy and doctrine.

  • Provide expertise and analytical support within the SAP, STO and ACCM channels as they pertain to the Special Activities Branch in support of Counter Terrorism and Great Power Competition.

  • Provide record message traffic preparation and handling support to Special Activities Branch including FRAGOs, OPORDs, Night Orders and Theater Country Clearances.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred, OR demonstrated capacity to operate at GCC level planning and operations execution.

  • Five (5) years of strategic and operations planning at the Brigade and Division level, specific to SOF and interagency operations under Title 50. 

  • Five (5) years' experience at strategic and operational planning, coordination at the GCC level with a focus on sensitive and special operations, enabling SOF operations.

  • Expertise in coordination and planning of Special Activity Operations, to include capabilities, Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTP), authorities, oversight and C4I requirements for all SOF and Title 50 operations.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the Title 50 support process for a CCMD AOR. Must be able to staff Title 50 support requests with little to no oversight. 

  • Expertise in Personnel Recovery Operations, capable of providing support to PR operations and exercises in the CCMD AOR.

  • Experience in Focal Point Operations Center (FPOC) and Operations Control Center (OCC) operations, providing support to sensitive operations to enable CCMD command decision making. 

  • Experience with record message traffic handling, including the Automatic Message Handling System (AMHS) interface.

  • Experience and depth in CCMD operations and the operating environment. 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to receive access to SAP programs.
