Location: Balston, VA

Senior Research Analyst

We are looking for a research analyst experienced in all aspects of DoD technology development.  The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree or higher from an accredited college/university in relevant scientific and engineering areas, including Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Nanobiology, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human-Systems Integra􀆟on/Human Factors, Neuroscience, Physiology, Exercise Science, Psychology, or Sociology.  Typical tasks require skills and experience in the following areas:

 

Experience attending scientific and engineering (S&E) meetings.

Experience participating in Science & Engineering (S&E) discussions, analyzing and evaluating the S&E content of research proposals, and assisting in drafting written responses to S&E-related inquiries.

Experience in assisting with coordinating research collaborations with academia, federal government agencies, industry, or international organizations.

A Secret Clearance or an interim Secret Clearance before onboarding at ONR.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience with Navy and/or Marine Corps related operational activities (e.g., Infantry, Intelligence).

 

Senior Systems Analyst

SRG needs an expert in planning and conducting reviews of scientific research, conducting program review meetings, and interactions with S&T stakeholders.  The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in a science or engineering field from an accredited college or university and at least five (5) years of experience in a related Science and Technology (S&T) discipline.

 

Demonstrated experience accomplishing complex analyses, providing professional findings of technical analysis in the form of reports and presentations, and executing complex program management tasks.

Experience organizing and hos􀆟ng technical workshops, and planning, scheduling, and staging annual reviews and briefs.

Experience reviewing and editing technical reports, summaries, and presentations.

Experience in program analysis and financial planning; budget formula􀆟on and program execution; and portfolio development and analysis.

Secret Clearance or an interim Secret Clearance before onboarding.

Senior Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) Compliance Specialist

SRG needs a senior expert to support government management of the Human Research Protection Program for Navy and Marine Corps research programs.  The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of work experience in human research protection.

Demonstrated experience in working with federal regulations, to include DOD/DON regulations and policies.

Demonstrated experience reviewing human subject research and assessing it for compliance with federal regulations and guidance.

Demonstrated experience writing HRPP-related policy and guidance for IRBs, investigators, and other HRPP stakeholders

Demonstrated experience preparing assurance packages to ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Demonstrated experience inspecting and auditing HRPP stakeholders

Transition Manager

The individuals in these positions assist in the development of transition plans, strategies, and budgets, analyze and evaluate program plans to identify improvements in transition strategies, and coordinate program efforts among government program managers and the contracted technical task performers.  The ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in hard science, ten (10) years of experience related to transitioning naval technologies, and fleet readiness and a secret clearance.  The transition manager should have the following specific experience:

Demonstrated experience in supporting long-term projects and short-term tasks.

Demonstrated experience in developing, executing, and monitoring project plans, and assembling and organizing information associated with product development and transition of applied and advanced development research to prototyping, field testing, and acquisition.

Ten (10) years of experience related to transitioning naval technologies and fleet readiness.

Demonstrated experience in program development and management, in science and technology.

Veterans Affairs Call Center Agent

Location: Shepherdstown, WV
