Journeyman Management Analyst
Remote (CONUS) with occasional travel to Baltimore, MD as required.
SRG is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support business integration, project coordination, documentation, training materials, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting USCG SFLC-BOD.
Position Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and action trackers.
- Develop reports, technical documentation, desk guides, and process guides.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and stakeholder follow-up actions.
- Support training material development and business integration efforts.
- Collect and analyze data supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to leadership and project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting business operations, project coordination, or management analysis efforts.
- Experience with technical writing and documentation development.
- Experience coordinating meetings and stakeholder activities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to Baltimore, MD as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Federal, DHS, USCG, or DoD experience.
- Experience supporting PMO, continuous improvement, or business integration efforts.
- Experience creating forms, guides, and training documentation.
