Executive program management
Strategic Resilience Group has provided executive-level program management services supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, including oversight, management, and implementation of VA enterprise-level category management services. Through this work, SRG has supported large-scale program initiatives that help federal customers improve acquisition visibility, strengthen management practices, and support better decision-making across complex procurement environments.
Category management
SRG’s acquisition reform work is rooted in category management support, helping federal customers improve how products and services are organized, evaluated, and managed. At the Department of Veterans Affairs, SRG supported enterprise-level category management efforts focused on improving oversight, increasing visibility, and reducing costs across products and services. The current page states that SRG’s program initiatives and data analytics capabilities resulted in $9B in cost avoidance for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

SRG’s enterprise level acquisition reform work continues supporting the Department of Health and Human Services. Our acquisition expertise and senior leader engagement have helped HHS navigate and drive changes aligned with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul while remaining focused on category management best practices.
Expanding support
SRG built on its’ extensive category management accomplishments at the Department of Veterans Affairs and HHS to develop AI enabled acquisition analytics tools, market research tools and advanced decision support for senior leaders and acquisition professionals.
