He ensures SRG's processes, people and systems are perfectly aligned in an effort to achieve our lcients desired outcome. Bo enjoys time spent with family, hiking and exploring the National Parks.

Mark has a strong track record of transitioning small businesses into successful medium to large companies through the implementation of industry best practices and processes resulting in increased revenue and organic growth.

Ms. Toy has a professional history spanning more than 15 years, primarily serving Federal clients, where she has specialized in finance, accounting, and operations management. Her career trajectory is marked by a series of progressive leadership roles and a commitment to strategic financial stewardship. She possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from George Mason University and a Master's degree in Information Systems Technology from George Washington University.
