With a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by our Veterans, we deliver compassionate and efficient services that prioritize Veterans’ unique needs. SRG has been providing mission-critical services to the Department of Veterans Affairs and America’s Veterans since 2016.
SRG has supported the White House Veterans Affairs (VA) Hotline since 2019. We provide 24/7/365 support for our Nation’s Veterans and their family members with empathy, sincerity, and integrity. Our dedicated team ensures seamless communication, prompt assistance, and personalized care, allowing Veterans access to the support they deserve, with dignity and respect.
As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, another way we support Veterans is to actively recruit employees who have served our country as Veterans or family members of Veterans. Call Center Training and Process Improvement
We provide enterprise-wide call center training support. Working with national telecommunications companies augmenting their learning and development organizations to make call center training more agile and cost effective. We developed dashboards to track content development, testing, and deployment. We integrate call center quality analytics to evaluate effectiveness of training content and coaching skills with concrete quality metrics.
