Analyst (Intermediate)
This position is contingent upon funding with an expected start date of June 2025
SRG is seeking an experienced Analyst to join a team providing comprehensive support services providing analytical and clerical support for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Workforce Requirements Determination Division (CG-DCMS-DPR-24). These services encompass researching, collecting data, modeling, drafting, editing, and documenting during all phases of the USCG WRD determination process.

Telework
- Support analyst functions, including data collection and data modeling
- Apply analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs
- Use analytic techniques to assess the impact of industry trends, policies, or standard methodologies
- Translate complex information into clear, readable documents for use by client personnel at various levels
- Prepare and disseminate documentation
- Ensure the orderly safeguard and proper handling of documentation
- Travel 25%
- Must possess an Associate’s degree in relevant fields such as Business management and/or human resources management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience conducting workforce requirements analysis, or similar analytics.
- Candidate must have Secret Clearance.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the WRD process, specifically familiarization of & data collection from an Active-Duty workforce.
- Desired Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Be familiar with Coast Guard Workforce Requirements Determination processes and standards.
