
Position Responsibilities
- Organize, review, and manage action items in the Action Tracking Database and upload status information to the PM MAGTF C2 SharePoint site.
- Organize and maintain official electronic program documents and files for access by PM/DPM and program-office staff.
- Populate, monitor, and deliver the Morning Report each workday.
- Perform daily calendar management for the PM and DPM and monitor meeting and conference-room requests.
- Maintain Government organizational charts and personnel counts, including Billet Identification Code information.
- Review Defense Travel System (DTS) travel request forms for applicable DTS requirements.
- Assist the Government Administrative Officer with new-employee check-in activities such as seat/phone assignments, portal rosters, and supplies.
- Submit DISS requests for Government personnel and SAAR forms for Government and support-contractor personnel as directed.
- Use DON ETMS2 to support external taskers, recommend internal routing, track and coordinate responses, and consolidate submissions for Government review and approval.
Required Qualifications
- Experience planning benchmark: 4 years (Government example benchmark).
