Starling Consulting is seeking a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence Analyst, Skill Level 3 to support Marine Corps kill chain analysis at Quantico, VA. This is an on-site role requiring an active Top Secret / SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
This position supports all-source analysis of adversary kill webs, sensors, communications architecture, command and control procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems that may present threats to Marine Corps equities.
Position Responsibilities
•Conduct daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs.
•Analyze associated sensors, communications architecture, command and control procedures, targeting processes, and weapon systems.
•Incorporate finished intelligence and reporting from multiple intelligence sources into analytic assessments.
•Produce written and graphic products, including kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines.
•Identify knowledge gaps and support actions to resolve those gaps through research, collection, analysis, and production.
•Produce timely and relevant formal intelligence products in response to planned production requirements and ad hoc requests for information.
•Maintain understanding of adversary intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems.
•Maintain understanding of kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems relevant to adversary kill webs.
•Analyze adversary targeting cycles, information flows, and decision-making functions.
•Support tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence consumers through written assessments, briefings, and analytic products.
Required Qualifications
•Active Top Secret / SCI clearance.
•U.S. citizenship.
•Ability to work on-site at Quantico, VA.
•Senior-level experience conducting intelligence analysis related to Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence.
•Experience with kill chain, kill web, ISR, targeting, command and control, communications architecture, or adversary weapon systems analysis.
•Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
•Ability to evaluate multiple intelligence sources and develop supportable analytic judgments.
•Ability to produce written intelligence assessments, briefings, and graphic analytic products.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
•Approximately 12 or more years of experience related to the labor category.
•Master’s degree in a related field.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus additional senior-level experience may be considered.
•Recent experience supporting DoD, Marine Corps, MCIA, or Intelligence Community missions.
•Familiarity with Intelligence Community analytic standards and production processes.
•Experience reviewing analytic products for tradecraft, cogent argumentation, and adequate support.
