Enterprise Analytics Lead – Dynamics 365 / Power BI

Lead enterprise-wide analytics support for VA OSDBU, turning CRM/Dynamics data into dashboards, analytics reports, visualizations, forecasts, and management briefings.
Position Responsibilities
- Process and analyze large, diverse datasets to identify patterns, correlations, insights, and other decision-support information.
- Prepare analytics reports, data visualizations, datasets, predictive analytics outputs, machine-learning-related deliverables, and presentation briefings.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 data and dashboard outputs, including Power BI-integrated reporting environments.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience performing work relevant to the PWS task requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or deeper directly relevant professional/technical expertise where education substitution is supportable.
- Expert-level use of the Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Excel Pivot, and Access.
