Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst, Level 2

The Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst, Level 2 provides identity-focused analytical support to USMC and DoD mission partners. This role conducts end-to-end identity resolution and watchlisting support by integrating biometric, biographic, forensic, and intelligence sources to produce accurate, well-documented findings for operational decision-making.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end identity intelligence support: triage, research, exploitation, analysis, production, and dissemination of I2 outputs.
- Support watchlisting operations, including encounter support and responses to RFIs.
- Document and maintain case records and analytic notes within mission systems (including DONISIS and BI2R, as applicable).
- Conduct facial comparison support (1:1 and 1:N) and image review tasks, including image enhancement and basic metadata or geolocation support when required.
- Integrate multi-source information (biometric and biographic data, document and media exploitation, cellular exploitation, SIGINT, and all-source reporting) to resolve identities and assess risk.
- Produce clear written products and briefings aligned to analytic standards and customer formatting and classification requirements.
- Coordinate with interagency and law enforcement partners and ensure proper handling and dissemination of sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.
- Demonstrated experience in identity intelligence, identity resolution, or biometric-enabled analysis supporting operational missions.
- Familiarity with common I2 constructs and identifiers, including EFT files, ORIs, TCNs, and BIDs.
- Experience supporting watchlisting workflows and time-sensitive mission requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including producing structured analytic outputs.
- Ability to work in a shift-based, time-sensitive operations environment (24/7 coverage).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with DONISIS and BI2R (or comparable identity case management and research systems).
- Experience with facial recognition workflows, image enhancement, and basic metadata or geolocation support.
- Background supporting USMC, MCIA, or joint operational environments.
- Experience integrating DOMEX, CELLEX, SIGINT, or forensic-enabled exploitation into identity workflows.
- Familiarity with analytic tradecraft standards (ICD 203/206/208).
- Experience mentoring or training junior analysts.
