Intelligence Management Specialist, Skill Level 3

Position Responsibilities
- Support MCIA intelligence mission management requirements, including task tracking, RFI support, production coordination, and customer response workflows.
- Monitor, track, and coordinate intelligence requirements across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support production management, suspense tracking, and analytic workflow coordination.
- Coordinate with analysts, collection managers, mission partners, and IC counterparts to support timely intelligence production.
- Review and track incoming and outgoing requirements, taskers, and production requests.
- Identify gaps in intelligence support, production timelines, and requirements processes.
- Support mission-management systems and collaboration tools such as COLISEUM, ETMS2, AMHS, RTASC, Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway, or similar platforms.
- Prepare status updates, reports, briefings, and tracking products for leadership and mission stakeholders.
- Ensure products and workflows align with IC analytic standards, customer requirements, and classification guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience related to intelligence management, requirements management, collection management, production tracking, RFI coordination, all-source analysis, or related intelligence mission-management functions.
- At least a portion of the relevant experience must be within the last 2 years.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge and understanding of intelligence mission-management activities required to meet mission requirements.
- Demonstrated mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to define comprehensive or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze analytic operations and knowledge-management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries.
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work on-site at MCIA, Quantico, VA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Marine Corps, DoD, Service Intelligence Center, or Intelligence Community missions.
- Familiarity with COLISEUM, ETMS2, AMHS, RTASC, Marine Corps Knowledge Gateway, or similar mission-management systems.
- Experience supporting collection requirements, RFI workflows, production tracking, and customer engagement.
- Experience coordinating with analysts, collection managers, and IC mission partners.
