Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
SRG is seeking a inpatient nursing service at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide on-site nursing care to Veterans in accordance with VA clinical standards and supervision requirements.
Menlo Park, CA (on-site)
- Provide licensed practical nursing services on-site at VA Palo Alto Health Care System facilities
- Support patient care activities under the direction of Registered Nurses and VA clinical staff
- Perform nursing tasks within LPN scope of practice consistent with VA standards
- Assist with patient monitoring, documentation, and daily care activities
- Follow VA clinical protocols, infection control practices, and safety requirements
- Complete VA-required training prior to first duty shift and annually thereafter
- Accurately track and report hours worked per VA procedures
