Own workflow-heavy operational support for a VA contract, including request assignment, CRM interactions, status tracking, reporting, and correspondence management.
Position Responsibilities
- Support daily incoming support request assignment.
- Manage daily CRM interactions and activity / 2268 log submissions.
- Support daily market research email notifications and views/correspondence assignments.
- Produce recurring operational reports, including payment and performance reports.
- Help keep a high-volume service machine moving cleanly and on time.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience performing work relevant to the PWS task requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or deeper directly relevant professional/technical expertise where education substitution is supportable.
- Expert-level use of the Microsoft suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Excel Pivot, and Access.
