OSINT Analyst – Identity Intelligence (TS/SCI) – MCIA
Quantico, VA (On-Site)
SRG is seeking an OSINT Analyst with Identity Intelligence expertise to support MCIA operations. This role focuses on leveraging publicly available information to develop identity-based intelligence, supporting mission requirements across the intelligence enterprise.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct open-source research and analysis to identify, assess, and track individuals and networks
- Perform identity intelligence (I2) analysis including entity resolution and pattern-of-life development
- Produce intelligence products supporting watchlisting, targeting, and operational planning
- Utilize OSINT tools and platforms to collect and analyze publicly available data
- Support Requests for Information (RFIs) and time-sensitive intelligence requirements
- Collaborate with all-source analysts and mission partners
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Experience in OSINT, identity intelligence, or all-source analysis
- Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
- Familiarity with intelligence production standards and workflows
- Experience working in DoD or IC environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with identity intelligence tools/systems (e.g., watchlisting, biometric or identity databases)
- Familiarity with tools such as Babel Street, Ntrepid, or similar OSINT platforms
- Understanding of targeting cycle, network analysis, or link analysis
- Experience supporting MCIA, DIA, or similar organizations
