Position Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary program leadership point of contact for contract execution, staffing, performance, and
- customer coordination.
- Manage and supervise multiple personnel across functional areas, including remote or geographically dispersed
- teams.
- Oversee program schedules, staffing plans, deliverables, reporting requirements, and performance tracking.
- Support execution of Professional Military Education programs delivered to students.
- Coordinate support across regional office operations, facilities support, seminars, curriculum SME services,
- headquarters support, operations support, and educational technology services.
- Lead communication across project teams, subcontractors, teammates, and government stakeholders.
- Support transition planning, including staffing timelines, recruiting approach, operational readiness, and risk
- mitigation.
- Ensure program activities are performed in accordance with contract requirements, customer expectations, and applicable schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management and supervision of projects with multiple personnel.
- Experience managing remote personnel.
- Experience with scheduling and reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Professional Military Education programs delivered to students.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs involving staffing, communication, reporting, deliverables, and
- customer coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to support proposal resume development as a Key Personnel candidate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited institution in Project Management, Information Management, Human Resource
- Management, Business Administration, or Management.
- At least 14 years of experience in management and supervision of projects with multiple personnel, remote
- personnel management, scheduling, and reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience managing PME programs delivered to students worldwide.
- Prior experience supporting Marine Corps University, CDET, TECOM, DoD education programs, or military training
- and education programs.
