This position is contingent upon funding with an expected start date of June 2025
SRG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a team providing comprehensive support services providing analytical and clerical support for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Workforce Requirements Determination Division (CG-DCMS-DPR-24). These services encompass researching, collecting data, modeling, drafting, editing, and documenting during all phases of the USCG WRD determination process.

Position Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion of call orders, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and policies.
- Lead risk management efforts and implement quality assurance measures.
- Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including government representatives.
- Coordinate and lead internal teams and external contractors.
- Resolve project issues and mitigate potential risks promptly.
- Ensure all deliverables meet required standards and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Manage contract requirements and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Foster effective communication among all stakeholders and project participants.
- Travel 25%
Required Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Business management and/or human resources management.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management in workforce requirements analysis, or similar analytics.
- Candidate must have Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the WRD process, specifically familiarization of & data collection from an Active-Duty workforce.
- Desired Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Be familiar with Coast Guard Workforce Requirements Determination processes and standards.
