Senior Level Analyst (SME)

SRG is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead a team providing comprehensive support services providing analytical and clerical support for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Workforce Requirements Determination Division (CG-DCMS-DPR-24). These services encompass researching, collecting data, modeling, drafting, editing, and documenting during all phases of the USCG WRD determination process.

- Lead team analysis and compliance reviews for documents and forms.
- Support all tasks necessary for client performance work statement (PWS) development and/or evaluation.
- Apply specialized knowledge of best practices and methods.
- Provide subject matter expertise to project team members and client contacts.
- Offer program management support informed by deep understanding of specialty standards.
- Assist in defining project objectives and overall strategic direction.
- Provide leadership and vision to both client and project teams.
- Serve as a key facilitator between multiple teams to coordinate complex efforts.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
