Senior Management Analyst / Coast Guard Yard Business Analyst
Remote (CONUS) with occasional travel to Baltimore, MD as required.
SRG is seeking a Senior Management Analyst / Coast Guard Yard Business Analyst to support Coast Guard Yard workforce planning, business analysis, quality management initiatives, ISO documentation efforts, and strategic studies.
Position Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and workforce sizing studies.
- Support development of workforce training plans.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) documentation efforts.
- Assist with ISO 9001:2015 re-certification activities.
- Develop and maintain process guides and desk guides.
- Conduct business case analyses and organizational assessments.
- Support executive steering committees and command initiatives.
- Coordinate with industrial, engineering, financial, and quality stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with business analysis, management analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience supporting workforce planning initiatives.
- Experience developing process documentation and reports.
- Experience supporting ISO, QMS, or organizational assessments.
- Strong analytical, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to travel to Baltimore, MD as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Coast Guard Yard, USCG, DHS, or DoD experience.
- Experience supporting ISO 9001:2015 certification efforts.
- Experience supporting industrial, logistics, maintenance, or production environments.
- Experience supporting executive committees and strategic initiatives.
