Ultrasound Technologist

We’re looking for a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist comfortable working independently in a busy hospital environment, supporting both scheduled and emergency imaging for Veterans
Position Responsibilities
Performing abdominal, pelvic, scrotal, vascular, and small-parts ultrasounds
Supporting biopsy-guided procedures (renal, liver, transplant cases)
Coordinating directly with radiologists
Handling on-call and emergency scans
Maintaining QA standards and PACS documentation
Schedule & Coverage:
Variable shifts
On-call and emergency coverage required
Independent work with strong clinical judgment
Long-term assignment focu
Required Qualifications
Required Credentials
· ARDMS registered (Abdomen/Small Parts)
· At least two additional ARDMS certifications (RVT, OB/GYN, Vascular, etc.)
· BCLS
· 3+ years U.S. hospital ultrasound experience
· Hospital ultrasound work within the last 6 months
· Comfortable with physical demands and emergency cases
· Ability to pass VA background & drug testing
· Minimum 6-month commitment
