Provides junior acquisition and program-support services to PM MAGTF C2 teams, supporting document coordination, taskers, meetings, action tracking, records, and IPT execution.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist with acquisition and sustainment planning and program-document coordination.
- Support review and staffing of acquisition, procurement, and program-management documents.
- Draft and track assigned taskers and data-call inputs for Government review.
- Support meeting scheduling, agendas, minutes, action items, and record maintenance.
- Track assigned actions through completion and maintain supporting program documentation.
- Assist program analysts and Government leads with IPT and configuration-management support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience planning benchmark: 4 years (Government example benchmark).
- Education planning benchmark: Bachelor’s degree shown in Government example.
