· Perform receptionist and customer service duties in a primary care clinic setting.

· Maintain appointment schedules and support patient access.

· Answer phones, screen calls, and route requests appropriately.

· Update demographic and insurance information.

· Collect, scan, and support records and insurance documentation.

· Support consult tracking, recall lists, and return-to-clinic workflows.

· Assist with clinic access contingency plans by adjusting appointments, times, or locations.

· Participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings with assigned PACT teams.

· Provide administrative coordination that supports patient care flow and clinic operations.
