Data Storage Administration/Engineer (DR/SAN/NAS)

Position Responsibilities
Administer and engineer enterprise SAN/NAS and disaster-recovery storage capabilities. • Operate Cisco MDS and NetApp ONTAP, SnapVault, and SnapMirror technologies. • Support storage replication, failover, connectivity, allocation, and recovery operations. • Assist with data-center storage operations and disaster-recovery planning and execution.
Required Education / Experience Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics plus three (3) years of specialized experience; or an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or a major certification plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or eleven (11) years of specialized experience.
Required Specialized Certification NCDA; Veritas VCS; or Veritas VCP.
Required Specialized Experience Required experience with Cisco MDS; NetApp technologies including ONTAP, SnapVault, and SnapMirror; and Windows Server 2012/2016. Desired experience includes data-center operations and maintenance, disk snapshots, storage and replication for disaster recovery/failover, storage connectivity and allocation, disaster-recovery planning and execution, U.S. Military Command and Control Communications Systems, and Network Services support/consulting.
