Financial Analyst, Senior

Provides senior financial-management support to PM MAGTF C2 PMO and PdM teams across budget formulation, budget execution, funding actions, financial reporting, controls, and decision-support products.
Position Responsibilities
- Prepare funding documents; perform financial tracking, report development, financial data updates, budget analysis, and briefing development.
- Prepare financial documentation supporting POM submissions, budget exhibits, Program Execution Plan briefs, PMRs, Mid-Year Reviews, Congressional Briefings, and other financial portions of briefings.
- Perform budget-execution tracking, variance reporting, controls tracking, financial analysis, and tri-annual report preparation.
- Track commitments, obligations, and expenditures for prior- and current-year funds using applicable Government financial systems, including DAI and SABRS, and support reporting through ReportNet, NHS, and CERBERUS as assigned.
- Maintain project checkbooks, budget spreadsheets, and financial-planning documentation for PMO and PdM teams/programs.
- Attend IPRs, IPTs, and working groups; capture meeting minutes; and disseminate approved information to Program Financial Managers.
- Maintain access to applicable financial systems, including C2S SharePoint and eFAR, and prepare funding documents in DAI for Government routing/approval.
- Provide weekly status reporting to the team Financial Manager on funding actions and other required financial activity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience planning benchmark: 12 years (Government example benchmark).
- Education planning benchmark: Bachelor’s degree shown in Government example.
