Irregular Warfare Analyst (All-Source) TS/SCI
SRG is seeking former service members of all services with proven experience as an Irregular Warfare Analyst (All-Source). Ideal candidate would be responsible for planning irregular warfare operations for the CCMD geographic area of responsibility in the Central Region (i.e., includes: sovereign countries of the Arabian Peninsula, the Levant sub-region, as well as Central and South Asia). Researches special program and space capabilities for feasibility and integration into CCMD Concepts of Operations, Operational Plans, and contingency planning. Provides direct analytical support, planning and subject matter expertise to shape CCMD efforts in collaboration with other U.S. government agencies and partner nations. Integrates irregular warfare into deliberate and crisis action plans and combined/joint operations for the commander, CCMD.
Focus in the irregular warfare analyst is combatant command level and higher Concepts of Operations, plans, policy and doctrine, and external coordination the command's area of responsibility.
Subject matter expert on special programs collaborating with experienced planners, operators, analysts and coalition partners at CCMD within the irregular warfare and information related capabilities community in support of campaign plan objectives.

Develop, coordinate and facilitate execution of sensitive activity Concept of Operations plans and orders.
Identify all-source intelligence information necessary to enable effects-based sensitive activity decision making and executions.
Provide collection tasking requirements and advisement on HUMINT surrogate network operational activities.
Identify and facilitate implementation of unique sensitive activity capabilities.
Risk assessments and Threat Mitigation program management.
Develop and execute interagency intelligence and security strategies, plans and conduct liaison in support of counterterrorism and counter-organized crime activities with CIA, DOS, FBI, DHS, TREAS, JTTFs, and DoD.
Assess information operations products designed to inform and influence and help integrated information operations analysis into planning.
Employ data mining, data fusion, predictive analysis, geo-profiling and temporal analysis techniques in support of CCMD commander's requirements related to HUMINT and MILDEC operations.
Apply analytical techniques and methodologies using an expert understanding of unconventional warfare.
Prepare studies and assessments of threats, potential threats, and threat-related trends and analysis.
Produce targeting and lead development related intelligence products in support of CCMD counterintelligence and HUMINT operations.
Research, evaluate, analyze and fuse multiple source reporting, including OSINT, on specific targets into finished intelligence products used by CI and HUMINT operational planners.
Produce intelligence products supporting Targeting and Lead Development in support of worldwide counterintelligence and HUMINT operations.
Monitor current intelligence on specified targets and provided intelligence assessments utilized by tactical planners and operators during mission-planning cycle.
Overlays Publicly Available Information (PAI) research with SIGINT applications to illuminate intelligence gaps that support CCMD line of efforts (LOE).
Provides irregular warfare capabilities expertise for CONOP development while concurrently collaborating with inter-agency partners.
Fourteen (14) years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree with certification as a HUMINT professional with nine (9) years (or a Master's degree with seven (7) years) of experience in operational environment directly involved in HUMINT.
Certified HUMINT collector with a minimum of five (5) years' experience directly involved in HUMINT, Overt/Clandestine, HUMINT Operation SOF Support of Sensitive Activities.
Experience with incorporating SAP and STO capabilities in plans and operations; graduate of the STO Planner Course and PDAS User Course.
Staff level planning and CONOP development experience at the Combatant Command, TSOC and/or Sub Unified Command Level.
Experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing the F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER Methodologies.
Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT Database, Cultweave SIGINT Database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.
Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
Current DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Current CI Scope Polygraph or ability to take one upon hiring.
Completed Advance Planners, Due Diligence, and Advanced Technicians Course.
Certified HUMINT professional with ten (10) or more years of experience in operational environment directly involved in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine, HUMINT Operation Support or SOF Sensitive Activities.
Graduate of a recognized HUMINT Support Couse such as: HUMINT Collection Operations Management Course (HCOM), HUMINT Collection Management Officer (HCMO), HUMINT Collection Manager Course (HCMC), Operations Support Officer Course (OSOC), HUMINT Desk Officer Course (HDOC), and Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC).
Joint or Service Level Information Operation planning experience.
Able to physically participate in training and operational support, as needed.
