Recruiter
SRG is seeking a recruiter that sources, identifies, screens and presents suitable candidates to the hiring manager at SRG, a federal government contractor. This position involves access to candidate PII and must be able to manage multiple workstreams at once. The role reports to the Vice President Operations.
Hybrid
Provide sourcing support for a variety of positions, spanning four lines of business.
Ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and managing candidate relationships with potential new hires and internal hiring managers.
Develop and implement scalable, efficient hiring processes to attract and retain top talent, while managing competing priorities and remaining highly flexible in a dynamic environment, consistently anticipating and delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions to hiring managers.
Sourcing and recruiting qualified talent while maintaining excellent customer service with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Leverage data and market intelligence to develop and execute staffing strategies that support current programs and new pursuits.
Seamlessly blending diversity, regulatory requirements, and business strategy throughout the process.
Accountable for reporting sourcing and staffing data in weekly conversations with hiring managers and SRG leadership.
Quickly develop a high-level understanding of our culture, lines of business, and hiring challenges which may be unique to our programs.
Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity, and respect for others
Maintain composure under stress.
Accurately and efficiently assess candidates (via in-person or phone) for cultural, competency, and skill fit.
Proactively provide candidate and hiring manager feedback.
Create and post job requisitions for current programs and for future pursuits.
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of recruiting/sourcing or related customer forward facing experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of recruiting/sourcing or related customer forward facing experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and use of networking platforms (i.e. LinkedIn).
Demonstrated knowledge of career sites such as Indeed, Clearance Jobs, etc.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.
U.S. Citizenship Required.
Documented experience working in a talent acquisition and or sourcing role for cleared personnel.
Experience recruiting for a variety of skillsets (cleared analysts, call centers workers, data scientists, and trainers).
