Required Qualifications
- Experience planning benchmark: 4 years (Government example benchmark).
- Education planning benchmark: Bachelor’s degree shown in Government example.
- No additional certification requirement is added in this draft because the reviewed source basis does not establish one for this position.
- Candidate experience should substantively align to the PWS duties above; recruiters should screen for direct evidence of performing the work rather than relying on title match alone.
Security / Access / Work Conditions
- Personnel must satisfy applicable DoD, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps personnel-security and system-access requirements for assigned duties.
- The overall effort requires a Secret Facility Clearance and SIPRNet access. Exact individual clearance/access requirements should be confirmed against the final staffing assignment before an external posting states a specific clearance level.
- Where the PWS explicitly identifies the work as on-site, the role is shown as on-site above. Other exact duty-location and schedule details should be inserted only after the staffing plan is confirmed.
