Systems Administration Support (UNIX/Linux OS)
Germany - RCC-E (On-site)
Position Responsibilities
Administer and maintain UNIX/Linux server operating systems.
• Support HP-UX, Solaris, and similar UNIX-based applications.
• Troubleshoot system availability, performance, and application issues.
• Support systems integrated with military C2 or comparable LAN/WAN networks
Required Qualifications
Required Education / Experience Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics plus three (3) years of specialized experience; or an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or a major certification plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or eleven (11) years of specialized experience.
Required Specialized Certification UNIX Certified Administrator; RHCE; RHCSA; or RHCA.
Required Specialized Experience Four (4) years of experience using and maintaining UNIX server-based operating systems; two (2) years with HP-UX, Solaris, or similar applications; and two (2) years direct experience with U.S. military command and control or commercial LAN/WAN communication systems. Experience may be concurrent
