Analyst (TDNA) positions.
We are seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to support mission-focused analysis
across SIGINT, cyber, and open-source data in support of national security objectives. Candidates
may be considered at multiple levels based on experience and qualifications.

TDNA1 - Senior Associate 6 years (no degree) or 4 years (AA) or 2 years (BA/BS) $80,000 to $128,000
TDNA2 - Lead Associate 9 years (no degree) or 7 years (AA) or 5 years (BA/BS) or 3years (MS) or 1 year (PhD) $104,000 to $166,000
• TDNA4 - Advisor 15 years (no degree) or 13 years (AA) or 11 years (BA/BS) or 9 years (MS) or 7 years (PhD) $146,000 to $234,00
Position Responsibilities
Perform advanced analysis of collected data (SIGINT, cyber, and other sources) and open-source reporting to produce insights and develop leads
Maintain target continuity, profile targets and activities, and develop methods to gain additional target information
Maintain, manage, update, and quality-check mission databases used for targeting, tasking, and analytic production
Identify intelligence gaps and recommend tailoring current collection or enabling new collection to close gaps
Apply multiple analytic disciplines (for example, pattern recognition) across target communications, network usage, and digital footprints
Apply understanding of Intelligence Community missions and operational needs to ensure mission-relevant outputs
Work on integrated teams with government, military, and contractor personnel to build shared understanding of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
Form hypotheses and select appropriate analytic techniques; query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot across datasets to generate and share insights
Distill, document, contextualize, and share findings, including any new tradecraft developed
Partner with stakeholders to align analysis to operational priorities and produce actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI with current polygraph
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Meade, MD
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following: cyber intelligence analysis, next generation
analysis, digital network analysis, and/or SIGINT analysis
• Experience supporting target development, social network analysis, and/or metadata analysis
• Familiarity with customer toolsets and mission databases supporting targeting, tasking, and
analysis
• Foreign language proficiency with valid DLPT scores may be credited toward relevant
experience (where applicable)
• Completion of relevant military training (example: JCAC or similar) may count toward relevant
experience and/or may be considered equivalent to a technical Associate's (where
applicable)
• Experience level depends on TDNA level (see leveling guide below)
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to produce intelligence by enriching and maintaining mission databases
Strong target research and metadata analysis experience
Ability to identify and characterize communications in global networks
Strong documentation habits and disciplined analytic tradecraft
Ability to train or mentor others (OJT, guides, videos, classroom-style instruction)
