Air Systems Analyst – Skill Level 2
Quantico, VA — On-site
SRG is seeking an experienced Air Systems Analyst – Skill Level 2 to provide all-source intelligence analysis of foreign air and air-defense systems in support of MCIA.
The analyst will evaluate foreign military aviation capabilities, air-defense systems, sensors, weapons, operational doctrine, readiness, logistics, C2 infrastructure, technology development, and associated acquisition threats.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive all-source analysis of foreign air and air-defense systems.
- Assess aircraft, UAS, air-defense systems, sensors, missiles, and supporting C2.
- Evaluate foreign doctrine, strategy, readiness, tactics, training, exercises, and operational employment.
- Assess logistics, maintenance, infrastructure, and technology-transfer implications.
- Identify intelligence gaps and coordinate collection requirements.
- Integrate complex and potentially incomplete intelligence reporting into defensible analytic judgments.
- Develop intelligence products supporting Marine Corps acquisition, capability development, and operational planning.
- Collaborate with analysts and IC partners on complex intelligence problems.
- Lead or guide research on multifaceted air-domain intelligence issues.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Ability to work on-site at Quantico.
- Comprehensive knowledge of foreign military aviation and/or air-defense systems.
- Demonstrated all-source intelligence production experience.
- Strong analytic writing, briefing, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience / Education
- At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with some experience within the past 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category
