Position Responsibilities
Locate, collect, explore, and mine new data sources supporting cyber defense analysis. • Develop customized algorithms and automated analytical processes for incomplete or complex data sets. • Design and implement analytics supporting cyber network defense and intrusion monitoring. • Prepare metrics visualizations and recommendations for data-mining and analytical solutions
Required Qualifications
Required Education / Experience Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, Business Administration, or Mathematics plus three (3) years of specialized experience; or an Associate's degree plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or a major certification plus seven (7) years of specialized experience; or eleven (11) years of specialized experience.
Required Specialized Certification At least one of the following: GDAT; GDSA; Elastic Certified; ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager Advanced Analyst Certified Expert; Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert; Azure DevOps Engineer Expert; TCM Security PNPT.
Required Specialized Experience Experience identifying unique opportunities to locate and collect new data, exploring and mining data, developing customized algorithms to solve analytical problems with incomplete data sets, implementing automated modeling and analysis processes, developing data analytics to meet cyber network defense requirements and support intrusion monitoring, and preparing charts, diagrams, and recommendations for data-mining and analytical solutions
