Cyberspace Operations Specialist
New Orleans, LA — On-site
Position Responsibilities
· Support planning, integration, and synchronization of offensive and defensive cyberspace capabilities.
· Assist in drafting plans, annexes, appendices, and orders for cyberspace operations.
· Analyze operational requirements and identify opportunities to integrate cyberspace capabilities.
· Incorporate cyber threat intelligence into planning, risk assessments, and course-of-action development.
· Support cyber targeting and adversary TTP analysis.
· Assess vulnerabilities, operational risks, and potential collateral effects.
· Review cyber operations plans for alignment with applicable policies, authorities, and guidance.
· Coordinate and deconflict cyber plans with Marine Corps, Combatant Command, and theater cyber organizations.
· Participate in contingency, crisis, and exercise operational planning teams.
· Support planning conferences and operational coordination.
· Conduct CONUS and OCONUS travel as required.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of cyberspace operations experience.
· At least 3 years of experience planning and integrating offensive and defensive cyberspace capabilities at the operational or strategic level.
· Demonstrated experience with:
o Offensive Cyber Operations
o Defensive Cyberspace Operations
o Cyber targeting
o Adversary TTP emulation
o Vulnerability exploitation
· Proficiency with industry-standard offensive security tools and frameworks.
· Working knowledge of policies and legal authorities governing cyberspace operations.
· Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff and senior leadership.
· Active TS/SCI clearance.
· Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
· Valid U.S. driver's license.
· Valid U.S. passport.
· Ability to obtain country visas as required.
· Ability and willingness to work on-site in New Orleans and travel CONUS/OCONUS.
Preferred Qualifications
CompTIA Security+
· CompTIA CySA+
· GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence
· Comparable or higher-level cyber planning or threat-intelligence certification
· Experience with tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap
