Irregular Warfare Sensitive Activities Integrator (SAI)

Strategic Resilience Group (SRG) is seeking an experienced Irregular Warfare Sensitive Activities Integrator (SAI) to support U.S. government operations at a Combatant Command headquarters.
The selected candidate will support planning, coordination, and execution of Sensitive Activities (SA) within irregular warfare and influence operations environments. This role requires integrating operational planning, intelligence analysis, and specialized capabilities to support mission objectives.
The position works closely with operational planners, intelligence analysts, and interagency partners to ensure sensitive activities are properly synchronized across operational planning efforts.
Position Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate execution of Sensitive Activity Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), plans, and orders.
- Integrate sensitive activity capabilities across operational planning efforts supporting irregular warfare missions.
- Conduct analysis using all-source intelligence to support effects-based operational planning and mission execution.
- Provide operational advisement and collection tasking related to HUMINT surrogate network activities.
- Identify, integrate, and facilitate the employment of specialized capabilities within areas such as:
Special Technical Operations (STO)
Special Access Programs (SAP)
Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) - Coordinate with U.S. government technology partners including national laboratories and federally funded research organizations to support mission capabilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation planning related to operational targeting and threat analysis.
- Participate in operational planning teams, working groups, and coordination forums supporting sensitive activities.
- Prepare operational reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership.

- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (additional experience may substitute for education).
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience supporting irregular warfare, sensitive activities, special access programs, or operational planning.
- Experience supporting Combatant Command or Joint operational planning environments.
- Demonstrated knowledge of irregular warfare concepts and information-related capabilities.
- Experience integrating operational capabilities across intelligence, influence, and operational planning teams.
- Ability to develop operational plans, CONOPs, and strategic briefings for senior leadership.

- Prior experience supporting Sensitive Activities (SA), STO, SAP, or ACCM programs.
- Experience working with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, or interagency partners.
- Background in one or more of the following areas:
Information Operations (IO)
Military Information Support Operations (MISO) / PSYOP
Special Operations planning
Intelligence planning or targeting - Graduate degree in International Affairs, Security Studies, Intelligence, or Strategic Studies.
