Operations Analyst, Journeyman

Supports day-to-day PM MAGTF C2 program-office operations, meeting coordination, action tracking, executive scheduling inputs, and production of program metrics and records.
Position Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the PM, DPM, APMs, and Team Leads in support of program-office operations.
- Attend weekly program meetings; coordinate facility resources; take notes; record action items; and coordinate follow-up with program leadership.
- Produce metrics, graphs, and spreadsheets for program action items.
- Organize and maintain electronic program documents and files for ease of access.
- Establish online/on-site meeting locations and issue meeting invitations using Government-provided distribution lists.
- Draft and deliver minutes for critical or decisional meetings when requested.
- Schedule meetings and facilities with leadership and prepare Weekly Schedule Input to the portfolio
Required Qualifications
- Experience planning benchmark: 8 years (Government example benchmark).
- Education planning benchmark: No degree minimum shown in Government example.
